Quinoa and Black Bean Salad Recipe |
This quinoa and black bean salad is not only gluten-free but also packed with protein and flavor!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup quinoa, cooked
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup corn (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
